Full-day children finish their day at 3:00pm with pick-up beginning at 2:45pm. On Fridays, we dismiss between 2:15-2:30pm. Gan Sinai is proud to offer early and after care programs for our toddler through PK4 children and Club Sinai for our kindergarten students.
Toddlers (18 months)
Our Gan Sinai program for 18-month to 26-month-old children provides fun learning experiences that encourage your young toddler to explore their environment and interact with peers and teachers. Children in the toddler program are introduced to different types of learning experiences based on their individual developmental needs and interests.
Our toddler classroom environments are carefully created with developmentally-appropriate learning centers and materials. In the toddler classrooms, you will find blocks, puzzles, art supplies, dramatic play equipment, sensory tables, a library and more.
Toddlers have the freedom to choose what activities they are interested in. Teachers guide and support their learning throughout those activities, helping them learn new skills and encouraging them to try new experiences.
At Gan Sinai, we believe that the foundation to a lifelong love of learning for a child begins with a nurturing relationship with their teachers. Gan Sinai toddler teachers are trained in responsive caregiving. That means they work to build a trusting relationship with each child, provide individualized care to each child, and develop partnerships with families. All children experience a responsive, sensitive care-giving environment.
At Gan Sinai, we understand the importance of regularly assessing each child’s growth and development. That practice allows us to tailor our lessons and activities to the needs of each individual child. Gan Sinai uses Playground (our Early Learning application) to assess each child’s growth and development.

Children must be 18 months old by September 1st to enter our toddler program. Each toddler class has a maximum of eight children with two teachers. Click here to schedule a tour. Click here if you're ready to apply.
2-Year Olds
Our Gan Sinai program for two-year-olds provides fun learning experiences that encourage your older toddler to explore their environment and interact with their peers and teachers.
Children spend much of the day in our learning centers, both indoors and out. In centers, children choose activities from purposely-planned play experiences. Teachers intentionally create environments and provide appropriate learning materials to allow your child to explore and learn on their own, as well as provide support in learning new skills. In our two-year-old classrooms you will see several different learning centers such as art, science, dramatic play, library, blocks, puzzles and more.

Our Gan Sinai 3-year-old program provides hands-on learning activities that will spark your child’s interest and curiosity. Within our classrooms and with the support of teachers, your child will develop and practice the social skills important for future success.
In the 3-year-old classroom, you will see learning centers stocked with materials that are intentionally placed to encourage purposeful and engaging play. Dramatic play, library, blocks, creative arts, science, math, and sensory experiences are all offered to children daily.
Gan Sinai 3-year-old teachers continue to build on the strong social-emotional foundation that starts in our younger classrooms. Teachers engage in play with children, support each child’s growing independence and peer relationships and help children brainstorm ideas about things they are interested in or want to learn more about.

Kindergarten
Gan Sinai's kindergarten program offers a blend of Reggio-inspired and project-based learning all while meeting state developmental and educational standards. Children are offered broad experiences in areas such as literacy, mathematics, science, and foreign language. In kindergarten, the curriculum changes from an “emergent” curriculum to a “negotiated” curriculum. This “negotiated” curriculum allows and encourages children to work together with their teacher to create new paths of knowledge and discovery. The project-based approach allows collaboration among children and teachers, shared experiences in and outside of the classroom, and a deep exploration of specific topics and subject areas.

Our child centered approach to kindergarten means children are active participants in the learning process. Through collaboration, shared experiences, and in-depth exploration of unique projects, students develop a rich understanding of the topics that they are investigating. By learning through projects, children establish the ability to become “masters” of knowledge related to specific topics – a skill that will serve them well as they enter first grade and beyond.

Children must be 60 months old by September 1st to enter our kindergarten program. Each kindergarten class has a maximum of eighteen children with two teachers.
